RATES FOR 2024 / 25

Rates are based on number of occupants/bedrooms required, and couples are very welcome.
Minimum stay is 7 nights, with good discounts for longer stays.
We strongly recommend that all guests take out travel insurance to cover any costs incurred if they need to cancel their booking.

Terms & Conditions
A 25% deposit is requested upon booking.
The balance is due 60 days prior to holiday.
Cancellation policy is as follows:
- free cancellation up to 90 days before holiday, and deposit returned.
- 100% of the full booking fees become non refundable if less than 60 days before the holiday.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, and a refundable security deposit of EUR300 is required at the time of balance payment. This will be refunded after the Villa has been checked.

Check-in
Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out by 11am. Alternative times may be arranged in advance, subject to our logistics.
